My son needs to be transferred back to Westmoreland County Prison so he can then be transferred to the state SIP program. His hearing in Allegheny County was about a month ago anh his sentence was one year probation. I'm having difficulties finding who is responsible for initiating the county transfers. Any help would be appreciated.

Who do I call to set up a deposition of an inmate in a civil lawsuit i am defending. Every number on the website connects to an automated menu, which is not helpful.

How long does it take usual after PO lifts a detainer for a inmate to get fout of ACJ? How can you find out if in fact that inmate is being released and when?

I am trying to get in contact with someone who was recently released from Allegheny County Jail...is there any way to get this from his case worker or even the jail itself?

My son is experiencing medical problems which seem severe enough to require attention. He said he cannot get anyone to respond to his requests. I have tried calling his case worker, and can never reach him. Either the phone is not answered except by computer, and directs the call, and when the call finally goes through all the channels it gets to the caseworkers number and the response is"there is no mailbox for this number" or "the mailbox is full." How or who can I contact to have someone look into this matter? This is very alarming.

I'm sorry to hear this. The truth is the system is corrupted. The ACJ and SCI-Pittsburgh are currently being investigated by the FBI and Justice Department for severe sexual and physical abuse on prisoners from Correction Officers, as well as medical neglect. The truth is a lot of people do not have the Love of Jesus in their heart or a God consciousness and they treat inmates as less than human. It is demonic, sad and scary. Look up "Stanford Prison Experiment". Notify NAACP-Pittsburgh Chapter 471-1024, or Human Rights Coalition Fed Up 412-361-3022. I am currently fighting against prison abuse myself. Most importantly pray and do what ever you can to fight for your sons rights. I will add you and your son to my prayers.

Call the mayor of pittsburgh and your state rep and complain. That's what i did !!

Try Jesus' Love first, It's more effective than any human method. Not "church/religious" Jesus, but the real Jesus from the Bible. The Jesus from the Bible is different from the one often taught, or not taught in mainstream religion. Actually mainstream religion has ruined Jesus' and God's reputation. It is a shame. Start in the book of Matthew. Jesus is about Love, true Love that heals all the broken people and outcasts of society. I am glad I have found the true Jesus for myself in the Bible.
